Katie Norgrove

Project Manager

Katie Norgrove is CHT’s joint project manager for the development stage of its major project. She has extensive experience as a consultant in the heritage sector as a founder of Cultural Consulting Network. She grew up in Kings Heath and was many moons ago Birmingham’s Heritage Development Officer.

Katie has been an expert advisor, monitor and mentor for the Heritage Lottery Fund for over 20 years on a broad mix of conservation, capital and audience development projects. She is currently mentoring projects both in development and delivery phases that range from a Grade I listed church in a rural village in Herefordshire to the redevelopment of the Holocaust and Second World War Galleries at the Imperial War Museum.
